I imagine I am not alone in my frustration at driving through the hills and coming across piles of rubbish that someone has snuck out overnight and dumped on the roadside or, worse, tipped over the edge of an embankment so that it is that much more difficult for someone else to retrieve.
Last season’s Spring flush lasted for 4 months, with a huge volume of injured and orphaned possums, lorikeets, tawny frogmouths and owls finding their way to our wildlife rehabilitation centre.

Last Thursday night was the Crackers Cup, where the Football club players play the Cricket team players in a day/night Big Bash style format.
The program for our club is included here and we would invite all locals to come along and enjoy the community based football that we are so lucky to have here in our district.
