The City of Onkaparinga is once again supporting the Garage Sale Trail, Australia’s biggest weekend of garage sales in October.

The event, which will be held on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October, is dedicated to getting Australians across the country to choose second-hand first by hosting a garage sale or shopping the trail.

It's free for the community to get involved.

To register a garage sale as part of the trail, all people need to do is enter their details at garagesaletrail.com.au. Once registered, they get access to a range of free promotional materials.

Sellers can fundraise for a cause or make themselves a few extra dollars, or simply use it as a way to declutter their home or office.
