Clarendon Branch of the Agricultural Bureau
The Clarendon Branch of the Agricultural Bureau met on Thursday 19/09/19 at the Clarendon Community Hall the guest speakers were two Police Officers from the South Australian Police Communications Centre. They provided background information on becoming Police Officers and then on to their current roles as police communications officers. Each police officer explained their role and how emergency calls are treated with the intent of responding to all calls made to the centre. The presentation concluded with many questions being asked by the members.
The next meeting is on the 17/10/19 at the Clarendon Community Hall from 7:30pm where the guest speaker will be Mark Gardiner - Associate Professor in Biodiversity and Molecular Ecologist from Flinders University and the South Australian Museum who will provide a presentation on Lizards.
