2018 Every Generation Onkaparinga awards now open

These awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements and valuable contributions that people of all ages, cultures and abilities make to positive ageing in our communities.

Help us share these achievements by nominating now.

Nominations

Nominations are invited from any individual, group or organisation wishing to recognise people, community groups or clubs that:

  • have made a significant voluntary contribution to positive ageing which benefits local communities
  • are inspirational role models that instil pride in local communities
  • have reached an outstanding level of achievement in any field including arts, media, entertainment, Indigenous and cultural services, sport and recreation, environment, education and technology
  • are involved in intergenerational initiatives which bring together both seniors (ie individuals 50 years of age or older) and younger people in purposeful mutually beneficial activities.

Awards

Categories include individual, group and intergenerational. Nominees and award winners will be recognised at an event to be held in October.
